Jeff first appeared on TV as a contestant on Shipwrecked in 2001 and has since gone on to reappear regularly on TV as both a contestant and as a charming, natural presenter. Most notably one of his finest TV moments was as he won over the nations audience and was crowned best farmer in channel 5's 2004 series of "The farm".
Most recently Jeff came 2nd place as the "The Pocket Rocket" in ITV's Celebrity wrestling, competing with other celebrities and sports personalities, co-presented Channel 4’s Dirty Laundry with June Sarpong and working as a guest presenter on T4. He was also a daily reporter for OK!TV last year.
Away from Television Jeff keeps busy with his own sun-bed business and a love of footy! Before being involved with any television work Jeff was, and still is, a keen footballer. He played semi-professional football for Leyton Orient for 3 years but then had to stop due to injury.
