West of the Moon is an open plan bar and restaurant with a modern Aztec theme.
It is generally open Monday and Tuesday from 11am till 7pm and 11am till 12.30
the rest of the week. It is a comfortable bar where you can enjoy a coffee and
read the papers on our relaxing leather couches in the morning… or enjoy lunch
or dinner daily until 7pm freshly prepared in our open plan kitchen by our chefs.
Children are always welcome.
All types of sports are shown on the BIG Screen and 3 x 42inch Plasma TV’s.
West of the Moon has become the most popular place to watch Football because
there is ample room for everyone to get a great view of the screens and a seat.
After Dark West of the Moon becomes a vibrant pre-club feeder bar for Ayrshire's Favourite Nightclub, Club de Mar with DJ's playing a variety of commercial music to suit all tastes. Club de Mar tickets are available at the food hatch from Thursday till Sunday from 10pm that entitles you to join the fast track Q into the club... But be quick as they sell out fast!
Club de Mar tickets can be purchased in West of the Moon but do not
guarantee admission, you may still have to produce suitable ID and are still
subject to the clubs usual entry rules. We reserve the right to refuse admission
and NO REFUNDS will be given on tickets purchased. If in any doubt please do
not buy a ticket in West of the Moon, instead go directly to the club.
The Management
The large Beer Garden and kids adventure playground is open from May till September from 11am till 10pm weather permitting of course. We have also added a covered Smoking Area
